Rogelfrut is a brand of frozen fruit, manufactured in Rossana, province of Cuneo,  by the Cooperative Society F.A.R. This area is famous for its orchards and traditionally specialised in growing of berries.

F.A.R. collects the fruits directly from its 400 associates, owners of the near-by orchards in the Saluzzo area.

F.A.R. collets the fruit when it is at the optimal level of ripening. The deep-freezing process used by F.A.R is based on the I.Q.F. principle of one-way/single/unique fluidification.

The fruit is later kept at low temperature in the cold rooms, with the storage capacity of 50.000 mc. And eventually it gets sold on national and international market.
