This fruit is rigorously selected and subjected to advanced processing: soft frozen fruit maintains its colour, flavour, and consistency. Every package of the new  Rogelfrut fruit pochée is sold in 1 kg bricks. The best by date for the product is 36 months. Once thawed (for about 30 minutes at room temperature), it is ready to be used. The thawed product can be stored at + 4 °C, but will expire in one week.
